MCAD's (Minneapolis College of Art and Design) Annual Art Sale tickets went on sale
today! This will be my second to last year participating in the Art Sale and I will have
some great new pieces for sale.
Eye-catching, one-of-a-kind art created by MCAD students and recent graduates at unbeatable prices. More than 5,000 pieces will be sold. More than 7,000 pieces will be hung. 11 hours only. Every piece less than $1000.

It has been a BUSY summer here, I have been working on two new series of paintings.

Thank you and Happy Holidays!
I just want to thank everyone for coming out to the MCAD Art Sale 2008. It was another record year!
I am currently finishing up work for a solo show at the Ridgewater College in Wilmar that will open in February
and am working hard to get some new paintings up online. There are still a few available in the "recent work"
section along with the prints in the "store". Please feel free to send along suggestions for prints you would like
to see in the future.

MCAD ART SALE 2008
I have been hard at work in anticipation for this year's sale and will have a lot of new paintings for sale. I'll be
flying in from NY next week to attend and would love to see you. This is a can't miss event!
YOU NEED ART, WE HAVE IT. Thousands of pieces - some of which from your favorite artist, me. Paint-
ings, drawings, photography, furniture, sculpture, prints, etc. All under $1,000, most in the $10 - $300 range.
All proceeds benefit local artists and help to create scholarships for students. I would strongly encourage
going on Friday night - it is an amazing experience (and you get first pick!) more info and photos of past art sales at

Friday, Nov. 21: 6 to 9 p.m. Advance tickets are available for $35 online and by phone.
They can also be purchased at MCAD's on-campus book and art supply store, the Art Cellar. Admission is $40
at the door on the night of the event. Valet parking will be available.
Saturday, Nov. 22: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Bring the whole family! Admission is complimentary on Saturday, with
longer hours for leisurely shopping. Our talented instructors offer complimentary art workshops for children
throughout the day, so kids can have creative fun while the folks shop.
